Get to know the heart behind B You Therapy

Who we Are

My name is Janaya Williams, LCSW. B You Therapy seeks to provide a therapeutic space to process your experiences and supporting navigation of those experiences of the intersection of multiple identities, with an aim to provide support, coping skills, building a safe and affirming community, and foster individual and collective strength and resiliency in self and group growth.

I provide and incorporate when culture, social justice, racially trauma informed, person-centered, and strength based approaches to my work including exploration of intersectional issues impacting BIPOC in work with clients, and engage in conversations around experiences of racism, anti-blackness, processing of those experiences, and working with the client towards avenues of resolve and support.

The focus is to recognize you as a whole individual while bringing strong awareness to identity within the healing process.
